Traffic Partner Requirements

If you operate a content-rich web property with substantial US, Canadian or UK traffic and wish to offer your users a quality search utility while creating an incremental source of revenue, you are eligible to apply to become a GoNeed's Traffic Partner.

After you've submitted the signup form, you will receive a confirming e-mail in which we request the some information, like:

> A list of URLs that will include our search product so we can evaluate the content of your site.
> Web site information including launch date, description of userbase, including any demographic information you may have, and how traffic is driven to your site, etc.

Once we have received your completed application and have conducted a review (normally within 1-3 business days) by us, a member of our Partner Services team will contact you by e-mail. If you have any questions about this process, please contact us by e-mail at: GNpartners [@] goneed.com.

Definitions
"Partner, Affiliate, or Publisher" is the owner of a Website or search service and provides the ability for consumers to either search the Internet for relevant content through a search box or click a text-based link that displays search results based on the exact keyword phrase.

"Valid Click" occurs only when a visitor clicks a paid listing and is redirected to an advertiser Website after entering keywords into a search box or clicking a text-based link showing the exact keyword set searched or shown in the link.

Traffic Partner Terms and Conditions

-:- GoNeed's Traffic Partner Program:

GoNeed operates a Pay Per Click (PPC) search engine partnership program that allows qualified partner web sites to direct searches to GoNeed and receive a portion of the click-through revenue on bidded advertiser listings.

-:- Revenue and compensation:
GoNeed shall pay partners sixty (60%) to seventy percent (70%) of the actual keyword bid price for all listings that are determined to be valid clicks. Revenue generated by fraudulent means or violate these terms will not be compensated.

-:-Search Materials:

GoNeed shall provide partner with XML or HTML implementations of search boxes, search directories, portal pages, dynamic banners, xml feeds or other suitable implementations of GoNeed's search engine service that either directs keyword-based searches to GoNeed or generates search results on a search results page hosted by the partner (using JavaScript Feed).

The search materials must be integrated into the partner's web site, in a reasonable manner in a regularly viewed web page, and may not be the only item on a particular web page. GoNeed must approve the search materials, and the placement of the search materials on the affiliates web site(s), prior to implementation by affiliate. The search materials shall not appear on (and GoNeed will not accept any search traffic from) any web site that; without limitation:
displays or promotes pornography, or the abuse of children, women or animals, or linking to such sites; entices or promotes hate or intolerance against any particular race, nationality, religion or lifestyle, or linking to such sites; entices or promotes violence or criminal activity, or linking to such sites; distributes or promotes any software cheats, or similar material, or linking to such sites; distributes or promotes any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or similar material, or linking to such sites; distributes unlicensed material or material infringing on the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any third parties, or linking to such sites, are not permitted to list on this engine.
All search materials shall remain the property of GoNeed (except those specific elements contained in the search materials that are the property of partner).

Portal Pages: (Only Premier Members) We ask affiliate portals to be custom made with 120+ evenly spread keywords. Any abuse of this will result in account cancellation. All portal pages must be hosted on non incentive domains and on a top level domain with a professional design (Basic members have to use default portal link for GoNeed).

-:- Traffic Quality:

Affiliate may not in any way “beg” or incentivize searches or clicks, use incentive techniques to drive traffic to the Partners’ site, nor may the affiliate modify the Search Materials implementation in any way without the prior approval of GoNeed. Affiliate agrees not to utilize any hitbots, multiple clicking scripts, iframes, zeroframes, IRC cheats or any other means of artificially generating searches or clicks on the GoNeed platform. Affiliate agrees to place the words "Search the Web", "Get your Need with GoNeed" or similar language at or near their search boxes and/or directory links. Affiliate further agrees not to place any false or misleading graphics or text in propinquity to their search boxes that may mislead the searcher. Affiliate agrees to send GoNeed the exact query entered by the user and not to modify, delete terms, add terms, redirect or otherwise manipulate in any way the search queries entered by users. Affiliate agrees not to utilize e-mail, ICQ, Messenger or newsgroup spam to generate searches or clicks.

  Any suspicious, proxy, abusive or over clicking can result in deletion of your account. Traffic from the mentioned countries is the only traffic that will be credited for. Targeting a specific keyword is not allowed. People must search for what they want. No Getpaidforum search exchanges are allowed. Paid To Click, Paid To Search traffic is not allowed. Any incentives sent from get paid to programs sent to your text link are not allowed. Portals cannot be hosted on incentive based domains. We reserve the right to forfeit any earnings from such practices. Failure to comply with the ‘Traffic Quality' standards may result in termination of affiliate's participation in the GoNeed Traffic Partner Program and in the forfeiture of all monies owed to affiliate by GoNeed.
 

-:- Payment:

GoNeed pays within 30 days of following month. There is NO minimum to request to approved Basic members (none xml users), $100 is minimum for xml feed members at net45 basis. However, since inception, we historically pay in between the 10th-20th of each month, significantly ahead of terms. We pay via Moneybookers, E-gold, Paypal (visit Partners-FAQs page for payout fee structure, *Select paypal only if you are going to use our xml feeds or you can earn at least $100 a month, If you do not reach the $100 minimum for paypal in a given month your earnings will be forfeited for that month.) or we can deposit your payment into a GoNeed advertising account. We reserve the right to refuse payment to those breaching terms or doing anything we deem to be inappropriate. We may pay you only for those earnings you have earn honestly, and not pay you for earnings that you earn by breaking the terms. We check accounts regularly plus perform a final check before sending payment. Payment will be sent automatically within 30 days of following month earnings or earnings to date if funds allow to those who have filled out their payment information correctly.

Note: Payment may be delayed for up to an additional 30 days if funds are not available in our e-currencies' accounts for any reason.

   Affiliates that have false or incomplete details will not be paid. Please enter your full details with the correct country, address, name and phone number. We can call affiliates before paying them for the first time to verify. If the number is fake or does not match your details you will not be paid and your account may be deleted or you will not be paid until it is correct. Affiliates must understand basic English. Any affiliates that are known hackers, cheaters or have committed any other illegal or fraudulent activities elsewhere have the right to be removed from our program.

-:- Countries:

we require at least 80% United States, Canada and United Kingdom traffic from Traffic-Partners to remain active within our partner program. We accept traffic from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland as far as your percentage of traffic is more than 80% for United States, Canada and United Kingdom. If you do not have access to these figures, there must be filters in place to redirect traffic that we do not accept.

-:- Referral Program:
GoNeed agrees to pay affiliate (selected) five to ten percent (5%-to-10%) of money deposited by referrals (advertisers). Money credit to affiliate's account when referred advertiser deposit any amount in his/her account.

-:- Limitation of Liability: GoNeed.com will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including, without limitation, for lost income or profits in any way related to this Agreement.

-:- Confidentiality:
Affiliate agrees to safeguard and not disclose to anyone outside the program any proprietary or confidential information acquired during this Agreement that is not readily accessible to persons outside the program. Such information includes, without limitation; customer lists, business plans, trade secrets, operation procedures, programming code and design formulas, processes and any kind of know-how, computer programs (scripts) and inventions, improvements, and discoveries of any kinds.

-:- Relationship of Parties:
This agreement shall not be construed to create a joint venture or partnership between the parties. Neither party shall be deemed to be an employee, agent, partner or legal representative of the other for any purpose and neither shall have any right, power or authority to create any obligation or responsibility on behalf of the other.

-:- Spam: You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with GoNeed. Spamming is a crime. Any member caught spamming will have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings.

-:- Change Of Terms:

GoNeed may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the GoNeed program and any use of the GoNeed Search Code property following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
